Q: What vehicles do you have in your fleet?

A: Our fleet of vehicles consists of Saloon, Estate Cars, MPV’s, Minibuses and Coaches. We can supply vehicles to seat 1 to 72 passengers.

Q: I would like a taxi within 24hrs?

A: No problem! we have over 1000 vehicles at our disposal and can get you a taxi within 1 hour.

Q: We would like information on journey time is this possible before we travel?

A: We can provide with journey time estimates and all you have to do is email us or call us and we will reply to you within 24hrs.

Q: What Airports do you cover?

A: We cover all UK airports including Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton, Birmingham etc..

Q: Do you offer a meet and greet service at the airport?

A: All passengers who book through LeadXtaxis.co.uk are offered a free meet and greet service and also a fast check out service at the airport.

Q: What if I cannot locate my Driver?

A: We give your telephone number to the driver so he will give you a call if you cant locate the driver.

Q: How do you accept payment?

A: We accept payment via a debit or credit card which can be used online or over the telephone by speaking to our taxi booking executives.

Q: Can we book our return journey with the Driver?

A: No! All return journeys need to be booked in advance with LeadXtaxis.co.uk to offer you the best possible deal.

Q: if my taxi is booked in advance, what happens if your Driver does not turn up?

A: If the driver does not pick you up then a full refund will be issued if we are liable for the journey not taking place.
